Charming Beach Front alarmed Rosarito "Tiny House"

Charming "Tiny Home" (Casita) in semi-gated community (security cameras on premises & home is alarmed). Casita is right ON the beach- access is directly beyond the deck gate. Interior is traditional MX colors. You can't get any closer to the beach than this casita. It is located in midtown Rosarito & within walking distance of the pier, numerous spas, and to all the popular bars & restaurants. It has a wonderful private deck (on the sand) that you can use to relax or to enjoy family/friends.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation in the quiet and safe neighborhood. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay a 4-minute walk from the beach, private parking for a medium car, (up to a Range Rover Sport ), we have a safe place on one side of the house for pickups, the house is brand new! We have a bike for guests use and an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach!
