We rent out our newly renovated guest cottage in scenic Timmervik, which is located in a rural environment about 45 km north of Gothenburg and just over 10 km from Stenungsund. The nearest community is Jörlanda (about 4 km away) and it takes your own car to get to and from the cottage. The cottage has a separate bedroom for two, shower/toilet with washing machine and living room with a fully equipped kitchen where there is sleeping space for another 1-2 people in the sofa bed. The village's swimming area and boat docks at Hakefjorden are within walking distance (approx. 900 meters).

Modern archipelago house with sea view

The house is located in the archipelago, sea view, 5 minutes walk to the pier edge to swim in the sea/Kyrkesundet. Large terrace with sun every day and exit to mountain knaus with 360 degree panorama. The living room is located in open solution adjacent to the dining room and kitchen - high under the roof - bright and airy. Three spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with two single beds that usually stand as a double bed. One of the rooms have a single bed in the top bunk. Two delicate bathrooms with shower, one with hot tub as well.

Beautifully situated house with seaview

Newly built summer house on Mjörn, Tjörn. Single location in a rural setting, with its own garden. Here you will find tranquillity, relaxation and walking distance to salt baths, crab fishing and a smaller playground. The house has one bedroom, sleeping loft, toilet, kitchen and living room with open floor plan. Large terrace in the west with barbecue facilities. 10 min to well-stocked Ica store and 15 min from Stenungsund and 45 min to Gothenburg. Feel free to visit Sundsby säteri and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

New seaside house

A new modern and comfortable house right by the sea for up to 6-7 people with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Two bedrooms with kingsize beds and two single beds in second floor common space. Single bedroom on bottom floor. Swimming is just a few minutes away by boat and access to a small boat is included. 15 minute drive to the closest grocery store in Kållekärr. During summer the house is only available for week long stays, or longer, Saturday to Saturday.

Idyllic home on Lyrön in Bohuslän

Our country house is located in a forest grove, close to the sea and the beach. Here you can only hear the rush and birds of the wind. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place! It is possible to rent oak or kayak from us - best way to get around the island and to swimming areas. There is a trampoline to borrow on the property. Note, unfortunately we don't rent out for youth parties, but turn to decent families and adults.

I rent out the upstairs in my house in Bleket out on Tjörn. The apartment has its own entrance, two bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchenette and balcony. Access to the washer and dryer is available. The house is about 200-300 meters from Bleket swimming area, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island of Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
