Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

2 bed house in idyllic coastal village with amazing views of this spectacular tidal & hillside setting. Ideally weekly bookings in the summer. Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill. Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

Away from the crowds, our Comfortable fully self contained well equipped lodge is set in a beautiful quiet Devon village close to the sea and Moors. The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. Spacious pet-friendly Georgian cottage, in a quiet street just off the centre of the pretty seaside town of Dawlish. 3 double bedrooms with king size beds (double or twin). Shower+toilet ground floor. Bath/shower room and separate WC upstairs. Enclosed rear garden. Parking in the drive for up to 3 cars. 5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
