The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

A Large comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the lovely Haxby village approximately 5 miles from York Centre . With 3 bedrooms and rare 3 bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.

The Nest . Originally the old Laundry. We sell this space on its Kingsize bed and good shower. With plenty of hot water. Addition is its Kitchenett .We do not charge a cleaning fee as we expect guests to be clean. We also expect guests to be Environmentaly friendly as in turn things off when not needed and recycle. Please check our address before you travel! We are slightly off grid. And we are not Osbaldwick!
