It’s about 3 minutes walk from Takayama Station and about 5 minutes walk from “Furui Machinami(Old Street)”. When you enter the house from the front door with lattice, you may feel as if you were in a merchant’s house in the old days in Japan. The highlights of festival called YOIMATSURI(宵祭) is started just in front of my house. If you stay my house in this festival, you can enjoy the festival all day, from morning to night!! KURA is Japanese traditional building. We renovated it to stay. You can stay here only one group a day.
