From beautiful Prästgatan you enter this 42 sqm gem with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into 2 extra beds. Compact but fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, stove, heater, fridge & freezer. Bathroom with wonderful Vola-shower and washing machine/dryer. Cozy and genuine Prästgatan on one side and busy and lively Västerlånggatan on the other. No car traffic makes the area very friendly!

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Small, intimate cottage 25 sqm with full equipment overlooking Lake Drevviken. Long set of steps up to the house. There is 1 x 160 cm bed and a small loft (not standing height) with 100 cm mattress .
