The summer house is only about 10 min on our property in a quiet residential area. Walking distance from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-4 persons. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.
