Bright Loft with Spectacular View near Santa Maria in Trastevere

The apartment, is a penthouse, located in the center of Trastevere, in a building of the early ‘900, is on the 6th floor (up to the 5thwith elevator, plus a flight of stairs). The main feature is the square plan, "towered", with 360° views of the most famous beauties of Rome: St. Peter, the Janiculum, the Synagogue, the Altar of the Fatherland, the Quirinal and the Capitol etc. Spacious, bright, quiet, with a beautiful terrace where you can eat in the summer and from where you can enjoy the exclusive view. Renovated in full respect of the original features (wooden roof with exposed beams) and furnished harmonizing modern lines and techno comfort (fully air-conditioned winter and summer; recessed appliances class A+) with antique details (the small desk, the round table, the console of the sleeping area). It consists of: * a corridor overlooking two bathrooms; * a large open area divided into; - kitchen area; - dining/study area; - seating area/conversation with sofa single bed; - sleeping area (double bed); * bathroom with shower; * bathroom with bathtub. * a large terrace where you can eat in the summer (even equipped with barbeque) and enjoy a unique view of ancient Rome. ATTENTION: Airbnb does not include a tourist tax. The amount of €3.50 per day per person - provided to the administration of Rome, will be collected directly from the landlord, in cash, at the time of your arrival! The apartment is fully equipped. You will find all appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, boiler, toaster, internet with wifi, TV with wifi, TV with satellite channels, etc. Washing machine and detergent for use are provided. The bathrooms are complete with a hairdryer and upon your arrival you will find sheets, blankets, towels. In the bathroom will be at your disposal all the basic personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower/conditioner, soap). In the kitchen you will find what you need for a quick snack (mineral water, fruit juices, etc.) to face your first walk in Rome with energy! ATTENTION: Airbnb does not include a tourist tax. The amount of €3.50 per day per person - provided to the administration of Rome, will be collected directly from the landlord, in cash, at the time of your arrival! So much, so much!!! Lots of correspondence before their arrival and - often - even after their departure! We are always present at home at check-in, even late at night , to welcome and give all the information the apartment our guests need. We provide maps of the city, addresses and places to visit and we are still traceable at any time. We often stay in touch with them even after they return to their home countries, via FaceBook! Welcome to Trastevere, among the most visited Roman districts for the characteristic intersection of alleys and squares, for walks between characteristic clubs and period palaces, for the cheerful and romantic atmosphere so well told in many films. Tram – line n° 8 – (direct to the center, Phanteon/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia) stop in Viale di Trastevere (a few meters from the house) Bus - line "H", - (direct to Termini Station) stop in Piazza Giocchino Belli (100 mt from home); From the Fiumicino Airport every 20 minutes you can take the “Leonardo Express” train to Fara Sabina (Alto Lazio) which stops at many stations in Rome including, after about 30 min. to Trastevere Station less than a km from the house. There you get on tram no. 8 that leads directly to a few meters from Via della VII Coorte. From Termini Station, Rome's central station and the intersection of all Rome's metro lines, you will find the shuttle bus stop to and from Ciampino Airport (Terravision). Awaken in a snug sleeping loft and descend steps to the main living area. Have a good coffee for breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and admire the views of the historic neighborhood through the windows. This small loft is on the third floor (no elevator) of a typical building in the Trastevere neighborhood. The sleeping area is on the upper level with a double bed. On the lower level you will find a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a small bathroom with a shower. We will be delighted to welcome you in this small, bright and cozy loft! The loft is located on the third floor (without lift) of a typical building of Trastevere neighborhood. Its views from the windows are amazing, making the end of the day really special. All the loft is available for the guest. Before and during your stay I will be available through Airbnb mail or WhatsApp. The loft is in the Trastevere neighborhood of Central Rome. Supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, and places of interest and culture are nearby. - Check-in will be done with smart lock. There is not a specific arrival time, except for the days when there is a check-out, we will need enough time in order to prepare the apartment for your stay. We will inform you when the apartment will be ready. - Upon your arrival we kindly ask you a document to complete the registration form and sign the rental agreement according to the local laws. - Upon your arrival is mandatory to pay the city tax (cash) established by the City Council. Little suite argentina e' un delizioso loft situato nel cuore di Roma , a ridosso dei famosi scavi di largo Argentina. Il Pantheon, Piazza Navona e Piazza Venezia sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi . Il loft con entrata indipendente si trova al primo piano di un signorile palazzo romano del 600 e risulta particolarmente silenzioso .Entrando troverete sul lato destro una cucina completa all ' americana ,sulla sinistra un divano letto e di fronte il comodo letto matrimoniale .
