You can sit on the front deck and watch the beautiful sunsets or around the fire pit located on the grassy area near the water. There is a dock for a boat, jet ski or to fish off of. This home is located just minutes off of I-75 and close to restaurants/ bars and a close drive to down town. Located next to the new bike trail that can take you Downtown or to the south end of the lake.
