Aire Acond. in 2 of the 4 hab, 1 master suite with terrace. Fixed barbecue. PRIVATE pool with solar panel. Garden, Equipped kitchen. parking 4 cars. They allow pets who do not swim. Fan in all spaces. CHECK REVIEWS. Between December and February there is an optional boiler in the pool with slight extra cost.

We are 10 minutes away from the center and 15 from Plaza Galerias and A averanda. The colony is very nice and safe, plus it has several restaurants and convenience stores. The space is a detached guest house that shares a garden and parking lot with a relapsed home inhabited by the host family.
