Rented in connection with the Ski-VM 2025, with easy access to public transport. Located in a quiet and family-friendly area close to shops, gym and natural areas such as Estenstadmarka, with great hiking and skiing trails all year round. Trondheim city center can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by bus. The apartment is newly decorated, so the interior design may differ somewhat from the pictures.

great house with view, nature, 3 bedrooms, garden

Cozy house right on the edge of the forrest with walking and cyckel paths, and only 5 minutes walk from a small lake where it is nice to swim or to go fishing/ Ice skating in winter. Golf course 5 minutes walking distance from the house. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath/toilet room, livingroom with great view and a kitchen connected to a large garden. A typical Norwegian house in the middle of nature. In winter, it is possible to go skiing, with nice cross-country ski trails right outside the front door.

Bedroom at Moholt

Visiting someone studying in Trondheim? Looking for a cheap place to stay? The bigger bedroom is available and can be arranged to have a bed for either one or two people! I can place a work desk there too if you want that! You can use the kitchen/living room and bathroom as you please! Note that the pictures are example pictures for an apartment of the exact same type to uphold some anonymity. However the apartment is in good condition and concrete pictures can be requested! Quiet and family-friendly large dormitory with its own bathroom and separate entrance. The dormitory itself does not have a kitchen. Access to my kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace if desired. The dormitory is located in the basement. Sjarmerende bosted i rolige omgivelser kun 4 minutter fra E6 og et kort stykke unna sentrum. Her sover du fredfullt i et rolig nabolag uten støy fra hverken trafikk eller annet. Jeg bor i boligen med min mann og min sønn på 18 år. Fellesareal med moderne kjøkken, spisestue og stor stue med TV. Store uteplass med grøntarealer, lekeplass og grillområde med sittebenk.
