The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Canyon 's town square host many activities including a farmer's market, a movie night, parades, etc- all complete with many food trucks. Hosted by a local retired couple.

A home away from home for you to relax & call your own. This is a house not a trailer. We are going to great lengths to sanitize the entire property. It is in a small community on the safe side of town. The perfect location for social distancing. There is a nearby park. It is 5 miles north of hwy 287 & 13 miles south of I-40. It is only a few minutes to the lake, golf course & swimming pool. It is the perfect place for hunters, golfers, fishermen, or star gazers.

Super Chief Boxcar Casita - Palo Duro Canyon/WTAMU

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. SC can sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has extra amenities in case you forget something. The shower, which has exposed copper plumbing, is sure to impress. Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs and gas fire pit that over look the cattle pasture and the stunning Panhandle sunsets.

This apartment is next door to our home. It is a separate building with a separate entrance. It does have a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. It has a kitchenette and bathroom/shower. We are located across the street from WTAMU and a few blocks away from the heart of Canyon. Not far from great places to eat or grocery stores to purchase food to cook your own meal in the stocked kitchen. Palo Duro Canyon is a short drive away.
