We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent it was the family home of the current owners . We finished a complete renovation in 2015, and it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.
