Small cottage in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quietly located on an unpaved path on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.

The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.
