In the middle of Järvsö ski slope with a magnificent view of the Ljusnan valley and Järvsö heel lies this newly built timbered mountain cottage. High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both inside and out with furnished terrace in three directions, while comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart tv, and wifi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set up and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

Pump water out of the well, stroll on the gravel road, cycle, walk, yes the possibilities are many. The cottage has two balconies where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe or just grab a coffee on the bridge. The neighbourhood is ideal for running and cycling with nice bike paths. Comfortable and spacious house with permanent standard in the cozy village Undersvik outside Järvsö, 3.5 hours with a car from Stockholm. Lovely views over Ljusnan and the farmland around. Child-friendly plot. Large trampoline, ping-pong table, outdoor toys, hammock available in summer. Snow mattresses, sleds, kicks, etc. in winter. Most outdoor seating areas with sun all day summertime as well as a charcoal grill. Fiber. Cozy lodge with bar, darts, long table, etc. Possibility of wood-fired sauna for extra rent supplements.

The guest house in the farm Jon-Anunds in Järvsö

3km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guest house with a great view of the Valley of Light. In the yard you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping pong. In nearby areas, you can take a nice walk and maybe there will be a dip in Ljusnan 600 meters from the farm. In the evening you can fire at the barbecue area and look out over the valley. There is also a unique 200 sq ft log house from 1847 for rent on the farm.

Magical view, sauna, fireplace and close to the ski slopes

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and rowing boat are available May-Sept.

Right next to the northern ski area of Järvsöbacken, 50 meters to the newly opened 6- chip lift (walk-out / ski-in), 50m to the lakefront beach and dock (across the road) with a private rowing boat, and with the northern MTB-trails literally around the corner, lies this charming log cabin with space for up to 12 people. With a large garden/property with three terraces, an outside spa/hot tub, barbecue/grill, electric charging stations on the private driveway, is this truly a unique property!

Kök med kyl/frys renoverat 2014/2015 med kaffebryggare, rostfri spis/ugn och all kö ksutrustning. Stor terrass med utemöbler och grill. Badrum renoverat 2019. Dusch, vattentoalett, handfat och varmvattenberedare. Vardagsrum med kamin, tv, soffa och matplats till sex personer.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
