The apartment is located in the middle of the Allgäu in the immediate vicinity of the Alps. Whether hiking or skiing, it is usually only 30 minutes by car. Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.
