The cozy apartment (43 sqm) with its own entrance is located on the 1st floor of a listed courtyard within walking distance to the Simssee. The farm is located in the Riederinger district Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living room with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected by an open staircase to the sleeping area (double bed) (no door). The large garden with seats can also be used. E-bikes can be rented for a fee.
