We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small town with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and tranquility. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, which also makes our place ideal for home office with family. Nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, in just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity there are trails partly (floodlight) and the Biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails.
