Walk one flight up to the parlor apartment, which looks out on Jones Street. Soaring 12-foot ceilings create a spacious feeling; decor is shabby vintage and homey. Simple kitchen and bathroom but with everything you need to live like a New Yorker. Tall windows look out onto Jones Street.

Frequent buses right in front of door step, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple completed private studio apartment with free parking space and all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. There is a huge park two blocks away from us. To benefit family of 4, we had a double twin day bed for the 3rd and 4th guests to use.
