Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with a sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful space with the sea at your feet. Calm to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna at the sunset in your own wood-fired sauna at the end of the jetty or swim by the beach, there are nature experiences at their best. Shop is on the island so you can pack lightly, get out into the archipelago with the ferry that runs several times a day and just enjoy! Rowboat is available to borrow. Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the communal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Newly renovated cottage, with fireplace, which is as cozy during summer as during the winter. Nature outside the door offers beautiful sand beaches, rich fishing waters, cross-country trails, mtb trails and many other outdoor activities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large terrace and possibility to rent for a small aluminum boat at the nearby campground for caravans. There is a canoe (not kayak) belonging to the cabin, which belongs to the cabin, a couple of life vests.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Liten stuga med havsutsikt i den gamla skärgårdsbyn Gräddö. Nära till badstränder, ICA matbutik, gästhamn, caféer, restauranger, kajakuthyrning, padelbana med mer. Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
