The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with clothing and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef, there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Op nog geen 4 minuten lopen van het heerlijke strand Zuid met de hipste strandtenten! Een knus en sfeervol appartement voorzien van alle luxe en romantisch slapen op de vide maakt het bijzonder en uniek. Op een toplocatie gelegen dichtbij de watertoren zodat je nooit kunt verdwalen :-) Wandelen en fietsen in de duinen op nog geen 8 minuten afstand, een absolute aanrader. Racefan? Het Formule1 circuit ligt op 1,9 km , ruim kwartiertje lopen. Maar ook de gezellige winkelstraat ligt om de hoek.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
