Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

Cozy place in most beautiful neighbourhood! 2 blocks from sea & park. Bathroom newly renovated (2024). Good ventilation. Scenic 15 min walk to center and tram/ bus/ citybike. Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shore of clean Lake Storträsk. The yard is a peaceful and scenic place for a vacation day where neither are the neighbors in sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake scenery or the life of the forest. The sauna is right by the beach, by boat or sub-board, you can go rowing or fishing. You can always swim in the winter. The yard has a gas grill and charcoal grill, as well as a campfire site. Sheets and towels are included.

This delightfully atmospheric, over 100-year-old little cottage invites you to stop for a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summertime, there are also sleeping quarters for three on the cottage. A place in the middle of nowhere, but a human distance away from multiple homes and services. It is about 25 min from the airport, and 30 min from Helsinki center by car. Supermarkets are just 5 min away by car. Able to fit up to 4 persons (double bed on the loft + separate bedroom). Woods to sauna are included, hot tube for additional request and charge.
