This stylish cottage is a total of 123 sqm on a large fenced plot, and with room for several families who can enjoy themselves together. The house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen-living room with fireplace, cozy living room with large TV, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a large partially covered wooden terrace with wilderness bath and outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. In addition, large natural plot with old trees. The house is only 400 meters walk from Denmark's best beach!

Lovely holiday home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walk to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great option. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late checkout at 11 am, as well as check-in from 3 pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are not available in this house. The whole group has easy access to everything from this centrally located home, which is 5 min from the city square and activities and also 5 mins walk to the beach. The house has 162 sqm in shallow plan, and another 30 sqm loft and room on 1 floor. The heart of the house is a large kitchen-living room living room of about 90 sqm, where there is plenty of space for everyone. There is a trampoline and all outdoor facilities to enjoy the summer in lovely Marielyst.
