The retro-style apartment is located on the first floor. It is a two-room apartment. You can use the living room. The second room contains the owner's belongings, but you can also use this room for additional guests if needed. The second room has a bed for sleeping (1 or 2 person). There is a river and a small beach nearby. The nearest grocery store (named: Siili keskus) is an 8-minute walk away. The train station is a 15-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away. The Latvian border is 1.5 km away.

A newly renovated 2-room apartment in the city center with everything you need on your feet. The apartment has a large double bed and a fold-out couch that can accommodate two more people if needed. Everything in the apartment is occupied by guests. Next to the house is a park where you can enjoy the summer evenings comfortably. 800m away is the Pedel Recreation Area, walking along Pedel's edge, Pedel Beach can be reached. You can spend a cultured time in the Valga Culture and Interest Center.

The place is in the very center, meaning super easy access to everything, from fresh bakery and groceries to cross-country ski tracks... and everything else Otepää has to offer. The place has all you need for a perfect getaway for singles, couples, friends, or families including fast internet, a Finnish sauna, air conditioning, an espresso machine, amazing sunset views, and friendly neighbors. Heads-up regarding a strict no parties policy, though.

Known for sports facilities, Otepää's best fitness centers are less than 10 km away (Kääriku and Kekkos hiking trail 5 km, Tehvandi 8 km, Väike-Munamägi 8 km). 500 meters away is the Otepää-Käärik Light Traffic Road, which has also been pressed in for suitable weather trails in winter. You can rent a hot tub on site for an additional fee.

We are located in a beautiful place by Lake Juusa. Otepääle 6km and Kääriku 5km. 200 m away there is a light road where you can engage in various sports according to the season. In winter there is a skiing track maintained on a light road and it is possible to skate on the lake. In the summer, you can swim in the lake, take a boat, fish. It is possible to use the sauna for an additional fee.
