2 bedrooms, sofa bed, full equiped kitchen, bathroom. Shared swimmig pool on the roof (open from 01 june till 30 of september). you can find bottle of water, the and coffee for your breakfast, and soap for dishes. Towels , linens for and also beach towls are included. In you stay more then 7 days their change are free, while if you need other towels or bed linens, you should pay 20 euro in cash. We are pet friendly, but you should remove pet hairs, use your own bowl and pay extra 35 euro.

Artist's House in an ancient noble palace

The palace is nestled in the historic center of Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago.
