New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Rent is discounted 50% as the Airbnb is finished but the landscaping is mid-process. NO smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no children under 18

Fully renovated private walkout basement offers a relaxing modern decor, with all the amenities you will need for short or long-term stays. The space is located in east Boulder and boasts a quiet neighborhood setting w/easy walking access to open space trails, and only 6 miles to Pearl Street Mall. The house has a large backyard that is shared with the homeowner who lives upstairs with 2 very friendly wirehaired pointing griffon pups. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.

Wall mount mini-split air conditioning/heat. No fragrance cleaning. No TV.

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.

Mountain retreat half mile from Boulder

Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
