'Breaking Waves' is a beachfront villa with sea views from all the bedrooms and living areas. It has private access to the beach by means of a garden gate leading down to the shoreline. It has a large grass lawn on the seaside of the house where children can safely play all day long. It also has a large wooden deck where visitors can relax and soak in the sun, as well as a pool in which to cool down. The indoor entertainment area features a large indoor barbecue, bar, fridge and pool table.

This 2 bedroomed private apartment is on the beach - there is some local vegetation in front of you that provides some privacy. This is a light and airy space - The Living room and bedroom sliding doors open onto the garden overlooking the ocean. A garden gate leads you to the beach and our well known local surfspot Point. The space is perfect for adventurous, outdoorsy people who love the beach and enjoys surfing and the ocean. It is very peaceful with the constant sound of the ocean.

Directly on the Sea- Main house

Directly at the sea, the main house offers an incredible experience with views of the ocean from almost every window. A large space with all the comfort, and yet exposed to nature. The space feels private, without the feeling of being watched. Ideal for people who want to relax, and like the sound of the ocean. We run on Solar and the electrical grid, to insure a uninterrupted electricity supply for our guests. Please note, this is not a party venue. Thanks

Big bright flatlet on the canals amongst the trees

A large bright upstairs room above a double garage with a private balcony. The room looks out over trees and the garden. Private, equipped, self-catering with a small kitchen area. It’s a short walk to the Krom river. Guests have access to the garden, jetty and canal. There is a canoe to use. We live in the main house a few metres away.
