The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a calm environment. In the old part visible log walls and several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm and has new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and a lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

Here you have access to your own beach and hiking trails, like Munkudden and Ögeltjärnberget, just a stone's throw away. Gullviks sea bath, you can reach within 2 km. Closest grocery store is 9 km away. Örnsköldsvik center is 16 km away with Paradisbadet/ spa and access to Skytti ski track area. Slalom slopes can be found in the municipality. In the meantime, there are kicks to use. Borrow our two bikes in the summer

Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750 (Swedens largest) , but above all, the seclusion. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard.
