Newly built (2022) studio of 33m2 that has most of what you need. A 140cm bed in private sleeping alcove + 160cm comfortable sofa bed available. Terrace, parking and barbecue grill included. The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. Welcome to Appartment Hären. A newly built apartment(finished 2023) on the second floor with standard out of the ordinary. The views of Lake Hären are magical. The large window area is facing west for optimal evening sun. In the open kitchen and living room you have a wonderful view in three directions. A modern kitchen/living room with a fireplace as well as lovely social surfaces make this apartment something out of the ordinary. Swimming area is about 100m from the apartment. Patio with a charcoal grill is available at an entrance level.

At the top of the house on top of the neighborhood bakery, you find this cozy apartment. Morning sun and view of the East and patio in the garden with evening sun. Close to forest and nature reserve. A couple of stone's throws from the cathedral and the market shop on Sat. Neighbor with Ekobackens vegetables and summer food service “Picnic deluxe” Beautiful walking paths around our two lakes. Furnished 1st in best location!

Furnished one of 20 m2 near Växjösjön with 5 minutes walk to Centrum and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 min and to the hospital on the other side of the lake it only takes 5 min. The apartment is bright with parquet flooring, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Växjösjön in the west and you can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, swimming or restaurant visit.
