The yard has natural shade, a bakery with barbecue and a lot of space for enjoying, sitting, sunbathing, fishing and walking in nature. It is also suitable for families with small children and pets. A relaxing, modern studio apartment right by a pedestrian bridge over the river Nisava. It is equipped with an 80's gramophone and records of many genres as well as a spacious balcony. The building is situated in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by family houses. Supermarkets LIDL and IDEA that work until 10PM are just a 5 min walk across the bridge, as well as the shopping center Delta Planet with a food court on the top floor. 20 minutes walk to the city center by foot following the river.
