Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our recently renovated apartments are ideal for guests who, enjoying their vacation, want to feel all the comfort of their own home. All apartments are south-north oriented, so they have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the islands. Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view of the mountain Biokovo whose discovery we recommend to lovers of untouched nature.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartment is situated in Makarska, has one double-bed and one couch. It is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Beach resort of clean and warm middle Adriatic is less than 200m far, while to the first market you can come in 1 minute. Parking is free (there is tight access to the house that you have to pass with a car) and you have airconditioning, balcony and free WIFI.
