Self catering cottage on a French farm

La Grosse Talle is an old, authentic French country farmhouse. One of the most cute buildings has been transformed into a self catering holiday appartment. In summer, our guests can use the pool. The Dutch owners, Jan Nagel and Beer Bergman bought this place in 1992 and are continuously transforming it into a great place to be : tranquil, authentic, true, while working both as trainers and consultants for the French market. Jan is specialized in management and HR and Beer studies and teaches the influence of the Internet on society. La Talle is one of the three appartments that we rent on our property. There is a small campground as well. Privacy is guaranteed, you can meet the other guests as much or as little als you want. Sepvret is in the French countryside : shops, services and markets can be found as little as 8 kms away in Melle and Lezay or in the somewhat bigger cities of Niort and Poitiers. A day to the Atlantic Coast, a visit to Cognac, a restaurant in Poitiers or a terrass in Niort are some of the opportunities. As well as a visit to the Marais Poitevin, to the many romanesque churches in the area, to the Prehistoric Bougon Tumuli... to many things to tell here. Once at La Grosse Talle, we are more than happy to tell you more about it and to help you to make the best of your stay.
