It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. My apartment is in Dusseldorf-Pempelfort, close to the city center, where you can enjoy shopping and nightlife and then walk home. Public transport with train (D-Zoo), tram or subway within a few minutes. Airport by S-Bahn 7 minutes drive. Here it is urban and also quiet at the same time. Within walking distance you find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs as well as green areas which invite to relax in summer. If you come by car, let me know so I can provide you my parking spot in a garage nearby.

In our apartment equipped with much love you will feel comfortable 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, highway Düsseldorf 20min) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of 3,-€ per machine. There is a fully automatic coffee machine microwave in the kitchen. Spices , sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks available. When something is missing, I am always happy to help.

The rooms( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen,storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 persons possible for an extra charge. Reservations can only be verified with ID.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment.
