Located on the top floor of an ancient building in the center, an area full of bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with access to the terrace. A stone's throw from the port to go to Tremiti Islands and the sea caves. Nice newly renovated apartment, located on the street level of a condominium, with independent entrance and with a splendid view of the seaport and the Europa promenade (north side). The location is very convenient for moving freely between the beach, 2 steps from the sea, walks and evening shopping around the streets of the city. To enjoy your holiday in complete relax and not using the stoves, there is a pizza restaurant in 10 meters away, from which you can also order take-away.

You each have your own privacy with garden and your own pool and everything that goes with it. Villa Oleandro is situated in an olive grove about 3 kilometres from the beaches and the town. The pools, which are harmoniously integrated into the garden, are very special. The size of the whole property is 5000 sqm. Everything is fenced.

L'appartamento è stato costruito nel XVIII secolo, si trova nella Città Vecchia. È in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa.
