This pretty apartment has high ceilings and a good amount of space - bedroom with a big and comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a bright and colourful living area. Private, safe, easy to access, with wi-fi connection and free parking on the street in front of the house. Best restaurants and cafes, art galleries, shops and parks are just around the corner. Beach is within walking distance.

Our luxurious apartment is newly built, located in the heart of Viljandi's Old Town. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) for peaceful sleep. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking. Lake Viljandi is just a peaceful walk away. Most restaurants and cafe's are within 10 minute walking distance. High chair, children's cutlery, children's potty, small bathtub, toys, 2 baby cribs are all available on request.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Our house is in Viljandi city, but it feels like you are in countryside. Wee have one double bed and possibility to add 4 matrasses on request. The house has everything you need for life. There is also terrace in front of the house with a seating area, barbecue facilities and children's playground. The nearest shop with a bakery and fresh meat is 300m away and the beach is 200m away.

Spacious apartment at the foot of the Castle hills

The apartment is in a very good location if you would like to stay near the Viljandi castle hills or the Ugala Theatre, the beach of Lake Viljandi is also just 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located in a recently renovated apartment building on the second floor in a part of the courtyard, there is no elevator in the building.
