Sedona Hummingbird Nest

Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.

Garden setting West Sedona in law suite. 350 sqft² self-contained studio with separate entrance. Suite is attached to the house with a shared front garden and deck. The Kitchenette is small but works for small meals. It is equiped with a sink, toaster oven, one induction burner , a microwave, mini fridge, electric tea kettle, french press, and cooking and eating utensils. It is close to all amenities and hiking and biking traiils.

GREAT BARGAIN for a private and very comfortable suite. Close to many of the famous trails like Devil's Bridge and just off of 89A where there are lots of restaurants and shopping.
