It’s your turn to relax and take in the amazing sights and attractions of the surrounding areas from the beaches of the Ionian Sea to the vineyards of Ciro wines. Come and fall in love with this part of southern Italy as much as we have. Further details outdoors: The views are amazing, no matter what time of the day. From the village and sea views during the day to the "night scene" from the "Timpa Castle" at night. You can enjoy all the views this ancient village has to offer from both balconies of the villa. Further details Please note, for families with young children, the windows on the top floor are at floor level and do not have any safety grills attached (yet). We recommend you keep the windows closed at all times should small children sleep on this floor or relocate the children to a room downstairs. For internet/phone coverage, we have found TIM to be the best carrier and they can be purchased at any major outlet centres. Wi-Fi is not available at the house, there is a post office next door and you will get some signal but can be slow sometimes. The apartment consists of 3 rooms for a total of about 60 m² and terrace for approx. 40 sqm. Accommodates up to 6 people and consists of: two bedrooms, kitchen/living room, complete with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, safe, barbecue. Pets not admitted. 24-hour guarded village 24 with availability of reserved parking place. Private and free beaches easily reached via a short walk or bike ride or electric machine. Possibility of arrival directly owned boat in the Marina residence and eventual hiring of boats with direct agreements with the managers of the port.
