Panoramic sea views at this studio hanging above the Marcel Proust Promenade on the third floor with elevator of a residence in the heart of the fan close to mini golf and close to the city center. You will enjoy the large covered balcony, direct access to the beach, and a parking space in the basement (SUV excluded). Nice 2 rooms, completely renovated, on the ground floor, in the hypercenter of Villers-sur-Mer. Private parking space in the courtyard. Location is ideal, you can do anything by foot. Restaurants and shops are a few meters away: bakeries, primeurs, butcher shops, cheese shop, terraces, fish market... And that's not all! The beach is 100m from the apartment.
