Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Unconventional accommodation in a renovated, wood-paneled shepherd's hut. Not entirely discovered part of Šumava, the eastern foothills of Mount Boubín. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
