Stunning house close to Disneyland and Paris

My place is close to Eurodisney and Paris (30 minutes by car), RER station (15 minutes walk) and bus (3 minutes walk) to RER station, wonderful markets at La Varenne St Hilaire (10 minutes walk), the beautiful Marne river, boulangerie and restaurants in St Maur (all 5 minutes' walk). You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings (house built in 1880), the views, the coziness and the hospitality. My place is good for families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). Eng, Fre and Ger spoken.

"Charming, privileged neighborhood, haven of calm!

Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s, and became a landmark in the cultural and social life of Romantic Paris.The townhouses lining the avenue were home to many prominent artists. Nowadays it is one of the most sought after, private street in Paris . The cobblestoned street is closed to vehicular traffic and access is obtained by a coded entry gate, the caretaker's house is located at the entry. At dusk, the avenue is illuminated by street lamps which evoke the atmosphere of late 19C .
