Our home is located a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak - 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Our comfortable and bright apartment is stylishly decorated and blessed with outdoor spaces. You can relax in the garden whilst having your breakfast or enjoying a family barbecue. Sitting on the Monte Paradiso south-facing hillside, it gives you the most beautiful beaches and bays from only a 10-minutes walking distance. Studio for two/ 2min to beach/ Seaview and balcony

Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater.
