The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, to the water it is 150 m trail from the slope, or an off-road vehicle or on foot 400m on a forest road. Hot-tube, barbecue, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people. Accommodation is suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlan beach (400m), Koněšín beach (800m), dock of steamers. Nearby are also popular tourist spots of Max's Cross, ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles, and bike trails.

Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. Quiet summer accommodation ca. 4 km from Vranov Dam, 13 km from Bítov, 20 km from Znojmo, 92 km from Brno, 110 km from Vienna. The house is newly renovated and offers a quiet stay in total privacy for families or couples. Our house is the right relaxation in the countryside. In the area there are many monuments, cycling trails, in summer the possibility of swimming in the Vranov Dam.

Crazy little house - you will love it!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
