Free parking is included. Kitchen with oven, hot plate and coffee maker, dining table and sofa with TV/Internet. One bathroom has a washing machine. The living room also has a fireplace for colder days. Walking distance to grocery store, shopping streets, train station, bus station, gondola up in the mountains, ski resorts, beach, charging stations and good opportunities for nice trips.

The house is located on an orchard with mountains and fjords as the closest neighbor. Here you live close to nature with birdsong and shepherd's houses. The main room is open and bright with a kitchen part and a stovedel. The kitchen is new in 2021 and harmonizes with the 1910 timber walls. You can go to bed in the kitchen. In the living room there is a TV and a desk for office work. On the ground floor there is a new bathroom with shower / wc and laundry room with washing machine. Convenient apartment with central location and great views. The apartment has a large sunny terrace by the entrance area and a smaller balcony on the front with view over Skulestadmo. It consists of 2 bedrooms in addition to two rooms in loft where there are 4 sleeping places. (Low ceiling height, see photo) The tenant cleans and washes themselves. Cozy house with amazing view 😊short way to the Myrkdalen ski resort about 15 min. Beach 50 meters and joker haugsvik 200 meters. Velkomen til å bu i huset vårt på garden Leite i Ytre Ålvik. Huset ligg litt utanfor tunet på garden og har ein fantastisk utsikt over Hardangerfjorden. Det er god plass i den usjenerte hagen som høyrer til huset. Her kan de ha gode feriedagar og nyta livet i fred og ro. Det er fine turmogelegheiter i området og rett nedanfor huset har de tilgang til ei fin rullesteinsstrand med fine svaberg
