Absolute riverfront, close walk to town cafes bars

Situated in a quiet location next to a park, on the banks of a river, this property is suited equally to a family or a group of 6 friends . It is located within an easy walk to the shops, beaches & many cafes & bars. Kaiti Hill & the cycle way are also within easy access for those keen to exercise. We live in a separate house on the same property but even though we share a driveway & front lawn both houses enjoy a high degree of privacy. *Please note there is unrestricted access to the river*

Lounge opens to the back deck and a good size garden. Well equipped kitchen. Big bedrooms with comfy beds. Good location. Short drive to the beach or town. There is a pleasant thirty minute walk to the museum, town and cafes. Typically no children due to safety, hot kent fire place and breakable glass cabinets.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Located only 5 minutes walk from Ballance Street Village where you will find a Cafe, Pizzeria, Pharmacy, Butchers, Bottle store, Book shop, Dairy, Garden centre and fish n chip shop and more… 5-10 min walk/drive to CBD and beaches 40 min drive to Eastwoodhill and Rere Rockslide.
