Cozy house with a garden

I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

The farm is secluded by the forest, about 1 km from the village close to the ponds. The apartment is situated in a separate property with a private entrance, which guarantees privacy independently of the permanent residents of the family. There will be a living room with a double bed and a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

I'm Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful square yard from the 16th century with 4,000 m ² of meadow & forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday with family and/or friends. In perennial and very elaborate renovation, the farm has been completely renovated. Four residential units were created. In the east wing we live, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwest part 2 chalets were built.
