Private self-catering studio space - no separate bedroom. Outside main house with own drive for parking via adjoining street. Close to centre of village with excellent road/rail connections to other parts of UK. For one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Simple help-yourself breakfast plus provisions included. New kitchenette. Storage on floor below if needed. Bicycles. Treatments now bookable. Spiral staircase is narrow - dogs are welcome if can negotiate!

Bottesford is close to the A52 between Grantham/A1 and Nottingham/M1 and has excellent bus and rail connections. It is ideal for one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Perfect area for walks and cycling. Bottesford has many restaurants, pubs, wine bars, take aways and shops yet it is set in a rural area.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
