Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property with 2 houses (max 6 & 4 people) near Rheinsberg - just under 100 km from Berlin. The houses are quietly located on the edge of a small village. The village is surrounded by dense forests and a total of 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens and fresh eggs every day. There is also a sauna on the property with a terrace and a magnificent view over the surrounding nature reserve and forest with lakes.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Seat.For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating.It is located 2min walk from the lake, 3min from the beach,surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Over the past few years, we have dealt with ideas for modern but sustainable housing and realized our dream of a solid wood house. We have built our home completely out of natural solid wood, painted with chalk paints and rediscovered old techniques such as "lyes and soaps" of the oak planks. Only 200 m from the Röblinsee is the new holiday home. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.
