Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property. Enjoy walking trails on nearly 10 acres of woods, campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants.

So glad Grumpy's is finally finished, it's been a fun 4-year complete remodel project, working weekends and constantly looking for pieces to make it Unique. Grumpy's Getaway is located directly across the road from Rock Island State Park, It has 2 bedrooms, a walk in shower, a wraparound Porch with a Hot Tub perfect for relaxing. Also, have a 50 amp RV plug at the corner of the Cabin for EV Car charging if needed, We Do Not offer a clean out station. Firewood and Kindling are provided.

The Getaway at the Collins River Tree Farm

Very quiet, isolated, 3 BR, 2 BA cottage in the middle of a 60-acre farm surrounded by mountains and the Collins Scenic River. Very close to Cumberland Caverns Cave! Minutes to several state parks and waterfalls. Property has lots of parking and places to park boats, etc. Great place to hike, bike, fish, kayak, canoe, swim, etc. Please read the rules concerning watching children on this property! It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!
