Sugar Loaf Hill second floor room

My space is the entire second floor which includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and tv. You have your own thermostat and window air conditioner in the summer. My house is approximately 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several local restaurants and small shops. I'm about 1/2 mile from the bike path also. There is only one bathroom in the house on the first floor but I do try to work around everyone's needs as I know they are mostly here for vacation.

This is a bright walk out apartment in our home with a private entrance. We will be here but we give you all the privacy that you want. I have recently lost 3 goats. Now we’ve sent our last two goats to a sanctuary. I checked it out very carefully and it’s a wonderful place. This is a rural town 7 miles from Westerly, Rhode Island, and about 12 miles from Mystic. Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.
