The Farm Valley Inn - quaint 3 BR valley home

The Farm Valley Inn was built in late 1800’s as a basement house by one of the early pioneer families of Wayne County. The house was renovated in the 1930s, the 1990s and then by us to share with our ABNB guests. The home is centrally located for touring the magical places of Southern/Central Utah. The house is about 20 miles from Capitol Reef National Park which offers hundreds of miles hiking and touring. The house holds views of Boulder and Thousand Lakes Mountains and 20 min to Fishlake.

If you enjoy fishing, hiking, biking and 4-wheel trails we have it all within a few miles. For some boating, Lake Powell is less than 2 hours away. And, If you just want to enjoy some quiet and relaxing time, sit outside and enjoy the stars and the beautiful Red Rock Scenery and Boulder Mountain view!

Magnificently sited on 53 acres, with horse barn, corral, pasture, alfalfa fields. Gorgeous views from every room. 2 BRs each with kiva fireplace and private bath. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, library, game room. Sky view deck perfect for astrophotography. A place for people who seek beauty in art and nature, especially lovely in winter. Excellent management by April Morrison. Great base for exploring one of the most beautiful and unspoiled sections of America.

Sweet, comfortable, two bedroom cabin (480 sq ft). Sweeping views of redrock and mountains. Elevation 7100. Hardwood maple floors, wood stove. Central heat/air. Fast, stable wifi. No TV. NO kitchen, exactly, but most cooking needs met. Quiet. Small outdoor patio with table and chairs. Charcoal grill. Take morning/evening walks in our little hamlet/neighborhood. Day hikes in Capitol Reef Park. Amazing star gazing at night. Local park with swings & jungle gym a block away.
